Feature

The Corolla chassis system training platform is designed and developed based on the proportion of the original vehicle structure, meeting the vocational education assessment standards and training projects, and can be integrated with the northern multi-integrated teaching platform;

The training platform includes: chassis power steering system, braking system, internal combustion engine fuel storage tank, power battery pack, etc.;

Multi-in-one teaching platform includes battery management system, main positive contactor, temperature sensor, high voltage relay, etc.;

And the multi-in-one teaching platform contains supporting teaching materials such as fault setting devices, data collection devices, and practical training guidance.

Training Contents

On the Corolla chassis system training platform, the trainees can be guided by teachers and learn independently to achieve:

1. Understanding of the power transmission mode of Toyota hybrid vehicles;

2. Recognition and understanding of Toyota hybrid vehicle drive system structure principles;

3. Troubleshoot and repair the drive system of Toyota hybrid vehicles;

4. The battery management system can read fault codes and clear fault codes, read dynamic data streams, parameter settings and other diagnostic functions through the special decoder for new energy vehicles.

5. Through the Android fault setting system, the battery management system can be set for single battery disconnection, short circuit, overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, and overtemperature.

6. The battery voltage, battery temperature, and relay control signals can be detected by connecting to the stand.
